Aetna Dental - DMO and PPO Dental Plans
Natus offers you two dental plans administered by Aetna (Aetna DMO and PPO). Aetna Dental DMO and Dental PPO plans are available to all eligible employees and their eligible dependents.
Note that dental benefits are bundled with vision and may not be elected separately.

Finding an in-network doctor
To find an in-network doctor, visit www.aetna.com and navigate to “Find A Doctor” at the top, then click on “Plan from an employer”, toward the middle of the webpage, to access Aetna’s DocFind search.
Below are the networks you would select to search for providers in the DMO and PPO network:

DMO: DMO/DNO/Managed Dental > DMO/DNO*

DPPO: Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II Network > Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II

* Please see the map below for the states that are within the Aetna DMO dental network. If you are located in a state that is color coded purple, you are not eligible to enroll in the DMO plan.
